Cancellation policy

Handmade - Made to order

When you place an order for made to order items (not in stock items), we purchase materials specifically for your item. As such, cancellations are not accepted once materials have been ordered. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for custom-made goods.

In stock items

You can cancel orders for in-stock items so long as they havent already been shipped out. This applies to handmade and outsourced. Once outsourced items have been processed this end, you will be unable to canel the order as each item is custom made for you.
