Returns & Refunds

Handmade - Made to order

When you place an order for made to order items (not in stock items), we purchase materials specifically for your item. As such, cancellations are not accepted once materials have been ordered. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for custom-made goods.

In stock items

You can return any unused, unworn & unwashed items that are in the same condition as received within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be approved once your item has been received back and inspected. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I will happily exchange items for different sizes should the item not fit and the alternative size be available, should the returned item meets the above criteria. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty please contact me within 14 days of delivery on hello@kandykittenapparel.com.  You will be offered a free repair, replacement or refund upon reciept of the faulty goods. I will also refund you the postage cost to return should I deem the item as faulty/substandard.
