Returns and Exchanges

Returns

You can return any unused, unworn items that are in the same condition as received within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Custom orders are unfortunately not subject to the same conditions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be approved once your item has been received back and inspected. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I will happily exchange items for different sizes should the item not fit and the returned item meets the above criteria. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty please contact me and I will cover postage costs. I will then endeavour to fix the problem, and if this isn’t achievable an alternative will be offered.
